Carolyn Wright is fine, though she'll be sore for a few days. Apparently they had to extricate her from the car because her incident jammed the doors shut. You know the impact was hard because her engine ended up in the passenger compartment. Saturday night she was back in the paddock, loading up the car for the long trip home.
Spangler was rumored to have been disqualified from the SSA race for an illegal exhaust. We're finding it hard to get information on what's happening after the races, so we can only feed you rumors and things we overhear.
Add to that list the rumors that T1 is still being scrutinized; there are at least a couple of heads that have allegedly been polished, with part numbers perhaps reattached. I've heard that they've called for the 7th place T1 car. Thanks in part to the T1 mess, the top 9 American Sedans have all been impounded, should any irregularities be discovered at the top of the heap.
