Another wild last lap in Trans-Am yesterday. Ron Fellows in a Mustang, led 44.5 of the 45 laps. He was followed the whole way by Kendall who in turn had Pruett on his tail. With 1/2 lap to go Kendall made his move. He faked outside on Fellows and then went inside as they entered a 180 degree (or there about) corner. Fellows took the fake then tried to currect. His tail got a little loose, Kendall just barely tapped it, and Fellows went skittering through the infield. He rejoined the race without stopping or spinning but he fell to ninth. For the person who asked, Robbie Buhl finished 11th. Jack Baldwin had a very bad day and finished 14th.
