Earl's Fast Qualifier update 2008-11-11

SPENCER LEADS USAC/CRA TO PERRIS SATURDAY; EAST (2) & SWEET POST PHOENIX FQs

Mike Spencer is atop both the Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprint Series and Earl's Fast Qualifier standings as the series heads for its penultimate race, the "Kindoll Classic," this Saturday at Perris Auto Speedway. Spencer has an insurmountable lead in the Earl's standings in that series.

Brad Sweet was the fastest qualifier for this past weekend's "Western World Championships" National and USAC/CRA Sprint race at Phoenix, Ariz., while Bobby East paced qualifying for both the "Copper World Classic" Silver Crown and National/Western Midget races at Phoenix International Raceway.

Tracy Hines ended up as the top Earl's driver in the K & N Silver Crown and National Sprint Car Series, while East has an insurmountable lead in the National Midget Earl's points entering the final race at Irwindale, Calif. November 27.

Nic Faas holds a seven-point lead over Scott Pierovich in the Western Midget Earl's standings going into the Irwindale finale.

Earl's Performance Plumbing, a division of Holley Performance Products of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the sponsor of the "Earl's Performance Plumbing Fast Qualifier Championship." Earl's will present year-end cash awards to the drivers finishing in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions of the "Earl's Fast Qualifier Championships.
