IMPORTANT TIMES AHEAD FOR RYAN LEWIS
The British F3 International Series is entering a busy period with five races being run in the space of two weeks. This weekend the action is at Castle Combe in Wiltshire where Ryan Lewis took pole position and victory in both races last year. After 'Combe' the teams will head off to Monza for the next three rounds on 9/10 July; the Monza event running an extra race to replace one of the postponed rounds from Spa.
Unfazed by the busy times ahead, Ryan Lewis can't wait to get back to business at Castle Combe. "Having five races in a short space of time is great. I don't really get tired after race weekends and I don't suffer from any injuries so it's good to keep busy and get the momentum going. Full schedules keep me in a racing frame of mind!"
Castle Combe is a favourite of many of the drivers and it holds great memories for Ryan. "Combe is a great place. I won my first ever race in T-Cars there, won the FPA Championship there and it's also the circuit where I got my race licence. It used to be super fast before the chicanes went in but it's still pretty quick now and very bumpy too, a real teeth-rattler! It should be a good weekend."
