Oxygenation in Meribel for Pescarolo Sport drivers

Following their first week-end of race in 2009, the 4 LMS drivers entered on the Pescarolos went to Meribel for a training session in high altitude. A sports program had been prepared specially for them by the Tourist Board of Meribel and by Club Mediterranee.

They both maximized the potential of their sports facilities. Jean- Christophe Boullion and Christophe Tinseau took advantage of these 3 days to improve their deep bond and to better know the " young guns ", Joao Barbosa and Bruce Jouanny.

Henri Pescarolo: " There will be a real debriefing at the workshop in order to learn the lesson from this almost perfect race-we finished in second position. But the possibility to get together in this idyllic setting of Meribel was definitely the best way to recover and to prepare the victory in the next 1000 km race in Spa. "

Meetings and sports activities followed one another in a good humour. A dense program: fitness, swimming at the Aspen Park Club Med and at the fantastic Meribel sports complex followed by snowshoe walks with the instructors of the French Ski School.

Lunch in high altitude, meeting with the local authorities of Meribel were part of the program but it left enough time to enjoy the facilities and the comfort of the Aspen Park, one of the best mountain resorts of Club Med. PlayStation had a Gran Turismo 5 Prologue simulator specially installed for the occasion. A fierce competition was spontaneously organized among the drivers of team Pescarolo Sport, the instructors of the resort and some clients of Club Med! Relax atmosphere and serious training session: the perfect match.
