Q 4 wins in a row including the first 3 in this year's championship, it must be great to be building up such a large lead?

DH It's a great day and it's a fantastic result for the Rothmans Williams Renault team and naturally I'm delighted to have pulled off 3 wins to start the season. It's difficult to imagine it getting better than this, so I'm extremely happy.

Q Was it frustrating half way through the race to lose the lead that you'd struggled so hard to build up?

DH Yes, naturally it was a bit disappointing to have the incident where the pace car came out to close everyone up but then we just had to get on with it and it was the same for everyone. I don't know the result was the person okay because I saw that there was a car upside down? I don't know what happened.

Q Yes, they seemed to be fine. It was Badoer.

DH Okay.

Q Jacques, you must be pleased to have finished 2nd especially as you seemed to have a difficult start?

JV Yeah, the start went really bad. The clutch slipped a lot, and a lot cars got by me. Then we got up to 5th and luckily for us there was the pace car out, so we could catch up with the rest of the field.

Q Jean, you were closing very hard towards the end of the race on Jacques. Do you think if you hadn't had the problem in the pits you might have been closing very hard on Damon and perhaps having the possibility to challenge him for the lead?

JA Honestly I don't think so, because at the beginning of the race we were all together with Schumacher and we were just able to follow each other but never we were able to try anything because on this track it is so difficult to get the right line and the right grip and soon you are a little bit outside and you lose control of the car, so I'm quite lucky to finish on the podium because after my stalled engine on the pit stop, I was very lucky.

Q Damon, we had a great battle at Nurburgring last year can we expect the same in a few weeks time?

DH I sincerely think so. I believe the competition is getting closer all the time and it's going to be harder work from now on but some exciting racing to come.
