Former F1 driver Enrique Bernoldi completes successful test day with the GD Racing

Barcelona, 3 September 2003 - Teams Vergani Formula and RC Motorsport shared the Circuit of Catalunya with the also Italian team, GD Racing, from the Superfund World Series by Nissan.

Pablo Donoso has achieved an exceptional lap time of 1.35.67. The team has been impressed by the speed of this new single-seater in the curves, as Francesco Marzi reported later tonight: "The car is incredibly fast. We have been very impressed. The Dallara AER reached the speed of 206 km/h in the last corner before the main track". Ananda Mikola (RC Motorsport) has been the second fastest with 1.36.08 followed by team mate Matteo Pellegrino with 1.36.24. Bastien Briere had his first contact today with the Dallara AER car. After this private excursion to Barcelona, Vergani Formula and RC Motorsport will proceed their trip to the Circuit of Valencia.

GD Racing and Enrique Bernoldi had completed a successful test. The Team is developing a dynamic simulator system that will be ready for the next competition event, next 21 September in A1-RING.

As for Enrique Bernoldi, it was his first contact with the car after going under some surgery during the summer brake.

Barba leads the Formula Junior Championship test in Valencia Marco Barba (Escuela Lois-Circuit) set the fastest time during the first of the three days of Collective Test in the Circuito de la Comunidad Valenciana. There were some little rains in the morning but the rest of the day remained cloudy and dry. All drivers managed to improve their best registers achieved during the morning session.

The Dutch Raquel Waslander took part in this test with GTEC and after 10 laps she managed to be at the same level of the rest of the gyus. Very impressive. <pre> Best Registered Lap times
