Pirelli FIM Approved Scorpion PRO Tires Available for Advance Purchase in Preparation for International Six Days Enduro, October 10-17

Rome, Ga. -- Since 1913, the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) has been one of the most prestigious events on the FIM calendar and in the motorcycle racing world. The ISDE is truly a worldwide racing affair, traveling throughout the globe annually with various host sites. For 2009, the ISDE will take place in Figueira da Foz, Portugal and in preparation for the world's oldest off-road race, Pirelli Tire is gearing up for another memorable week of action by encouraging all participants to purchase their tires in advance.

The Scorpion PRO is an FIM and DOT approved tire used by many of the ISDE competitors, including Pirelli shod Jimmy Jarrett of the American effort, Part of the highly talented American Trophy Team. It has been rated the best DOT tire by Dirt Bike Magazine thanks to a durable tread compound that increases the structural stability, providing higher mileage and better traction. Pirelli designed the tires with FIM homologation requirements in mind. The premier rubber can be purchased at all local Parts Unlimited dealers and ensures that buyers will have the proper approved tires for the October 10-17 event.

Riders looking to obtain their tires at the ISDE can get information by contacting info@butzner-motorradreifen.de.
