UTE: Phillip Island: TBS practice notes

Brock's Team Brute Strength Holden Ute completed 2 practise sessions at Round 7 of the V8BRutes Championship today at Phillip Island.

The first session saw Brock bring the Brute Strength Holden in 6th fastest with a practice time of 1:56.94.

The second session saw Brock pushing the Brute Strength Holden Ute with the second fastest time of the day being recorded at 1:55.17. The Nilsson Motorsport Ute of W Luff was fastest with a time of 1:54.90.

The Brute Strength Team have made minor changes to the set up of the Ute following the 2nd practise session in preperation for tomorrow's qualifying session.

"The team's been working hard to get the set up just right, we should be hard to beat come Sunday," Brock said.

When asked how Brock rated the conditions " The track is smooth and very fast and I would have to rate it personally as the best circuit in Australia."
