Thomas Biagi is now ready for the great challenge. Gym and racing bike - he's in a very strong fit.

So speaks the pilot from Bologna who has been leading the Championship starting from this season second race and now goes to Zolder with five points lead over the group of comptetiors.

"Whatever happens, I've done all my best. I hope in a fair played race. And may the best man win! I have a happy memory of Zolder: my name is still impressed on the placard in the track hall, for my personal record F3000 in 2001. It's sure, Maserati, Michelin and Vitaphone will arm me with an excellent vehicle for the fight. I take this chance to thank friends and the web fans who are affectionately supporting me.
