Qualifying Rained Out at Chicagoland; Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Jeff Burton to Start Second and Third in the 43-Car Field A Total of 14 Impala SS Drivers will Take the Green Flag Saturday Night
Joliet, IL -- Dale Earnhardt, Jr., No. 88 AMP Energy/National Guard Impala SS, and Jeff Burton, No. 31 AT&T Impala SS, will start second and third respectively in Saturday night's LifeLock.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway. For the fourth time this season, rain cancelled qualifying and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race will be lined up per the provisions set forth in the rule book.
A total of Team Chevy drivers will start in the top-10 for the 267-lap/400-mile race. Jimmie Johnson, No. 48 Lowe's Impala SS, and Jeff Gordon, No. 24 DuPont/Nicorette Impala SS, will start fifth and sixth respectively. Clint Bowyer, No. 07 Jack Daniel's Impala SS, will roll off 10th in the starting order.
A total of 14 Impala SS drivers will take the green flag at 7:00 p.m. CDT. Live coverage will be provided by TNT Television, MRN Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio.
