Michael Waltrip ready for Pheonix

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Michael Waltrip and the No. 7 BAND-AID® Brand Chevrolet team hopes to end their Busch Grand National season on a high note. The Outback Steakhouse 200 at Phoenix International Raceway will serve as the final race with BAND-AID® Brand as Waltrip's sponsor.

"It has been a real pleasure working with Johnson and Johnson over the past few seasons," stated Waltrip. "We've had a great relationship and I'm sure the fans will miss not having the BAND-AID® Brand Chevrolet out on the track. I'm real excited about Phoenix because it will give this team a chance to show how hard work pays off. I'm proud of this team and to have worked with a sponsor like Johnson and Johnson."

Looking forward to 2001, Waltrip will return to the Busch Grand National Series with Aaron's Sales and Lease as his primary sponsor running a limited schedule.

Bud Pole qualifying for the Outback Steakhouse 200 will take place on November 2nd at 5:00 p.m. ET. The event will take place on Saturday November 4th at 3:30 p.m. ET. TNN and MRN Radio will broadcast the event live as it happens.
