46TH ANNUAL NHRA U.S. NATIONALS GENERAL INFORMATION

SCHEDULE: The first pro qualifying session is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Sept. 1. Qualifying continues at 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 2. Two additional qualifying rounds will be held at 10:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sept. 3. Final eliminations begin at 11 a.m. on Sept. 4. Budweiser Shootout for Funny Car eliminations begin at noon on Sept. 3. Holley Pro Stock Bike Dominator Duel eliminations begin at 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 2. Federal-Mogul competition starts at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 30. TICKETS: Tickets are available for the 46th annual NHRA U.S. Nationals. Call (800) 884-6472, or Ticketmaster for ticket information. ON TV: TNN will televise two hours of final round coverage of the NHRA U.S. Nationals on Sept. 4 at 5 p.m. (ET/PT). TNN also will televise two hours of first round coverage at noon (ET/PT) on Sept. 4. Budweiser Shootout and Holley Pro Stock Bike Dominator Duel eliminations will be televised at 4 p.m. (ET/PT) on Sept. 3 in a two-hour TNN show.
