Thursday, after running one round each of Comp, Stock, S/S, S/ST, S/G, S/C qualifying and three pairs of FMD qualifying passes, the activities for the rest of the day were rained out.
Friday's racing resumed at 11:51 pm CDT with Sportsman class qualifying, and halted at 1:20 pm CDT, because of water seeping up through cracks in the asphalt and expansion joints, due to ground saturation from rainfall in the area over the last several weeks, particularly over the last few days.
Saturday qualifying was slowed by a further need to remove water from the track caused by seepage, but it wasn't near the problem that it was Friday, and a full schedule of qualifying was conducted, but in all classes, what would have been a full event consisting of 4 qualifying rounds in every class was reduced to 2 rounds. Sportsman Eliminations began after qualifying was completed Saturday, with all class eliminations concluding Sunday.
