IFM: Iris Project signs Patrick Reiterer

IRIS PROJECT COMPLETES IFM LINE UP WITH REITERER

Iris Project has confirmed 18-year-old Patrick Reiterer has its second driver for the International Formula Master (IFM) 2009 season.

Reiterer, who will drive alongside Simon Trummer, has worked with the Swiss outfit throughout the pre-season, attending all scheduled official tests, ahead of next months' races in Pau.

With just a few weeks left until his international debut in IFM, Italian Reiterer said: "I'm really looking forward to the start of the racing season. We've had time to get accustomed to the car and the Series now and with the races approaching, this is a very exciting time.

"I think each circuit will give a different challenge; Pau will certainly be tricky as it is a street track, and testing in Hungary has shown us how technical that circuit is, it's a great challenge. I'm especially looking forward to competing in Spa; it's my favourite track on the calendar this year."
