Wednesday Qualifying 1 Notes at Sebring

1:56 PM -- Qualifying for Thursday's 14-lap race will be 30-minutes long and be run under cloudy, but hot and humid conditions.

1:57 PM -- 27 cars will take the green.

2:00 PM -- Cars get one minute to go.

2:01 PM -- Cars roll on to pitlane.

2:02 PM -- Several cars wait in pitlane to find a gap in traffic.

2:04 PM -- It will take a three to four laps to get the tires up to temperature.

2:06 PM -- No. 12 Gue has gone off track in turn one and gone across track and impacted the guardrail. The driver has exited the car.

2:08 PM -- Early in the session the top-five is No. 3 Barber, No. 25 A. Prendeville, No. 91 Kimball, No. 23 Bomarito and No. 9 Kasemets. The fast time is 2:05.6

2:10 PM -- Several cars have pitted to make minor changes.

2:11 PM -- No. 9 has spun and continued in turn five.

2:12 PM -- No. 38 Rose has gone off course, but continued, leaving extensive dirt on course.

2:14 PM -- Halfway through the session the top-five is No. 2 Aschenbach, No. 3, No. 23, No. 25 and No. 91. Fast time is now 2:05.2.

2:16 PM -- No. 3 is running by himself on track, while No. 2 is running a limited number of laps.

2:19 PM -- With 10-minutes remaining the top-five is No. 3, No. 2, No. 25, No. 23 and No. 9. No. 3 has a fast lap of 2:05.1

2:21 PM -- No. 37 Dona is the top ACC car, 24th overall, with a fast time of 2:10.7.

2:22 PM -- Betters his fast time with a lap of 2:04.7

2:23 PM -- An unknown car spins in turn 13 and continues.

2:24 PM -- Top-five is No. 3, No. 2, No. 9, No. 91 and No. 86 Brumbaugh. Fast time is 2:04.5.

2:26 PM -- No. 22 Loniewski spins and continues.

2:27 PM -- No. 25 A. Prendeville has gone off course impacted the tire wall and flipped upside down in turn 17. The driver is reported to be moving and okay.
