Paul started 12th on the grid when the green flag dropped, the rain soaked track made for slow race times and a slippery track. The whole field was trying a different pit stop strategy to change back to racing slicks. After Paul changed to race slicks, he began working his way through the field and ran as high as 4th place.

Paul still remains 2nd in rookie points, and plans to compete in the rest of the season to prove his talents.
Paul Fix - "I don't think today was the best indication of the type of car we have for the weekend. The track was wet, the car was great in the rain. We waited a little to long to change back to slicks but, all in all, we've got a pretty good car and we should be better as our rookie season progresses."
