Earl's Fast Qualifier update 2008-09-15

EARL'S POINTS AT ELDORA, ROSEVILLE & VENTURA; HAGEN, GAUNT & SWANSON TOP QUALIFIERS

USAC's "4-Crown Nationals" at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio Saturday will offer points toward three 2008 Earl's Fast Qualifier Championships, while races at Roseville and Ventura, Calif. also afford valuable Earl's points. The USAC K & N Silver Crown, National Sprint and Mopar National Midget Series are all racing at Eldora, while the Western Sprints are at Roseville's All American Speedway and the Western Midgets are at Ventura Raceway.

Darren Hagen, Rickie Gaunt and Tanner Swanson earned top qualifying honors in USAC races last week. Hagen, of Riverside, Calif., was the fastest qualifier for Saturday's Mopar National Midget race at Anderson, Ind., Gaunt led qualifying for Saturday's Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprint race at Perris, Calif. and Swanson topped qualifiers at Saturday's Western Sprint race at Tracy, Calif.

Earl's Performance Plumbing, a division of Holley Performance Products of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is the sponsor of the "Earl's Performance Plumbing Fast Qualifier Championship." Earl's will present year-end cash awards to the drivers finishing in the 1st, 2nd & 3rd positions of the "Earl's Fast Qualifier Championships.
