"A Race for Kids," is the title of this Saturday's inaugural "Little Hoosier 100" at Newton Park in Lakeville, Ind.
Designed as a showpiece family outing for USAC's .25-midget participants, the event is USAC's first at the facility located next to Hoosier Racing Tire and includes a myriad of activities for the racers and their families.
It all begins Friday, with registration, a media hospitality luncheon, a press conference and practice for all competing divisions. On track practice is slated from 1-5 pm.

Registration re-opens at 8 am Saturday, followed by the mandatory drivers/handlers meeting at 9:05. Practice commences at 9:30.
Each division will have heat races and A-Mains, to be followed by championship ceremonies in the Victory Circle.
Live video streaming of racing both days will also be available on the internet at www.usacracing.com.
Camping for this event is also available at the Potato Creek State Park at 574-656-8186 or the Beaver Ridge Family Campgrounds at 574-784-8532.
