SPM/KM/SFF: Indy Speedrome notes 2004-06-21

Sondi Eden, Brent Beauchamp and Brice Kenyon resume their pursuit of USAC driving championships this Wednesday night when Traderindiana.com and Wheels and Deals present USAC "Open Wheel Wednesday" at the Blossom Chevrolet Indianapolis Speedrome.

Fifty-lap Regional Midget, Ford Focus Midget and Kenyon Midget races will cap the night's racing program on the 1/5-mile paved oval.

Eden, who hopes to become USAC's first-ever lady driving champion, has back-to-back third-place finishes in the Regional Midget series and has finished all five events this year in the "top-10." She is the defending Speedrome Midget titlist, winning last year's non-USAC-sanctioned crown.

Beauchamp won the first three feature events in this year's Kenyon Midget Car series, while Kenyon won May 19 and June 9 Focus races and has "top-10" finishes in all five Speedrome races this year.
