Inaugural Outlaws World Finals Begin Tonight

The inaugural Outlaws World Finals featuring the World of Outlaws and the World of Outlaws Late Model Series begins tonight at The Dirt Track at Lowe's Motor Speedway.

The event will kick off with two rounds of qualifying for both series. The first round of qualifying will set the heat race line-ups for Friday night's event, while the second round of time trials will set the heat race line-ups for Saturday night.

Both A-Feature events for the World of Outlaws will pay $10,000-to win, as will the main events for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series.

Donny Schatz, the reigning World of Outlaws champion leads the way to the inaugural Outlaws Finals on the strength of 19 A-Feature wins, including a triumph in the series last visit to The Dirt Track at Lowe's Motor Speedway on May 25.

Steve Francis leads the championship standings on the late model side, with a 62-point advantage over Chub Frank.

The inaugural Outlaws World Finals featuring the World of Outlaws and the World of Outlaws Late Model Series are set for November 1-3, with the finale of the event set to be broadcast LIVE on SPEED on November 3 from 8-11 p.m. Eastern.
