Ryan Lewis' Denver Preview

Ryan Lewis' first race on a street course was in Toronto where he finished third, his second was in San Jose where he finished second, and his third is this weekend in Denver. The young Brit is hoping to score another great result when he races on the 1.65-mile temporary track but knows he will have to keep his nose clean to do so.

"I've learned a lot about racing on street courses in Toronto and San Jose and if I stop making little mistakes I know I can be right up there with Graham (Rahal) in every session, it's just a matter of getting everything right," said Lewis. "I can't say enough about the team and how hard they work, I know that they will once again give me a competitive race car in Denver. Like I said, it will be up to me to get everything right on track and get the Insport car up to the front."

Ryan currently lies in 13th place in the Champ Car Atlantic Championship, despite only joining the series in Portland. He has reached the podium three times from six starts.
