Barcelona, 11th January
Circuit: Circuit de Catalunya, 4,727 km
Weather: air temp. 9-14 C, track temp. 14-18 C, foggy early in the morning then clear skies

Driver: Luca Badoer, F2001 chassis nos. 209 and 210

Fourth and final day of testing for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Catalunya circuit, near Barcelona.

Once again today, Luca Badoer alternated between the two F2001 at his disposal, carrying out tyre and aerodynamic tests. Testing started slightly behind schedule because of the fog which took some time to clear.

Badoer completed 24 laps with chassis 209 and 69 with chassis 210. The day went off without any technical problems on either car.

"Finally today, we were able to run with continuity on a dry track," declared Badoer at the end of the test. "This meant we were able to try various types of tyre which Bridgestone had brought here. The data acquired will be very useful for the rest of the season."
