"I am happy to be testing again after my first run in the car last Monday in Fiorano" - said Michael Schumacher - "It is the first time I have tested here: it is an interesting circuit, with some similarities to Magny-Cours."
Testing ran from 09h00 to 17h00. During the morning, Rubens Barrichello had an off-track excursion: the driver was uninjured. However, the car was sent back to Maranello to be repaired.
Michael Schumacher continues testing at the Valencia circuit tomorrow.
