From: The Stewards of the Meeting To: Competitor Scuderia Ferrari and Driver of Car No. 28 Gerhard Berger cc: FIA FIA Press Delegate FIA Race Director The Secretary of the Meeting

After hearing the FIA Race Director and the driver of Car No. 28, in the presence of the Competitor representative Mr. Berro, concerning the incident occured during the race at post 26, where Mr. Berger created a very dangerous situation, the Stewards of the Meeting decided to order that penalty of suspension for the next FIA Formula One event be inflicted pursuant art. 152 of the FIA Sporting Code.

This penalty is suspended for three events at the condition that no similar infringement will occur.
