Jos Verstappen:
"Over all it was a very disappointing weekend. The car was not doing what we wanted it to do and it was generally hard for us. At the start of the race we managed to make up some positions but I had oversteer and it was difficult to keep up with the guys in front of me. But the positions we made up are a positive point about this weekend but we have to work hard now to get the car back on form again."

Pedro de la Rosa:
"Well, we had to retire! We had a problem with the transmission but before that in the race I made quite a good start but was squeezed into the wall by Herbert so I had to back off. I didn't manage to pick up any places and just couldn't keep the pace. I struggled on my first stint with a lot of oversteer but my second set of tyres were much better and I could increase my pace. The race strategy was good and we were trying to cover Salo, which is why I pitted early on the second stint but unfortunately we didn't make it to the end. We learnt plenty this weekend though in terms of car set up for this circuit in the future and generally."

Tom Walkinshaw:
"Both drivers drove well in the race but it's difficult to make progress round here as it tends to go with your qualifying position. It's disappointing that both cars suffered with a similar transmission problem but we just have to look forward to the next races and keep working hard."
