Keselowski Posts Top-20 Finish in Cup Debut
Brad Keselowski, son of 1989 ARCA RE/MAX Series champion Bob Keselowski and a former competitor in ARCA-sanctioned Late Model competition at Toledo Speedway, finished 19th in the No. 25 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet after starting 37th in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway. He's not the only ARCA-affiliated driver who competed at Texas over the weekend;

In 2009 ARCA RE/MAX Series, All Roads Lead to Rockingham
Several ARCA RE/MAX Series drivers competed at Rockingham Speedway in the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series this weekend, including race winner Clay Rogers and Tom Hessert, III, who finished third in an Andy Belmont-prepared Chevrolet. James Buescher finished sixth, Bryan Silas finished 20th, Matt Merrell finished 23rd and Matt Hawkins finished 32nd.
The ARCA RE/MAX Series will make two appearances to Rockingham in 2009, beginning with a Spring race at the historic, one-mile oval on April 19th and concluding with ARCA Championship Weekend on October 11th.
Countdown to Daytona
The ARCA RE/MAX Series will test at Daytona Int'l Speedway in preparation for the 2009 ARCA 200 at Daytona from December 19th-21st. This year's test will consist of both drafting and single car runs and is designed to help race teams and drivers prepare for the 46th annual ARCA 200 at Daytona, which kicks off the 2009 ARCA RE/MAX Series. The ARCA RE/MAX Series has competed at Daytona since 1964 and the 2009 edition of the race rolls off live on SPEED on Saturday, February 7th as a preamble to the same-day NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Budweiser Shootout. ARCA RE/MAX Series Championship Awards Banquet December 6th
The 2008 ARCA RE/MAX Series Championship Awards Banquet is on Saturday evening, December 6th at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Kentucky. Honorees include 2008 ARCA RE/MAX Series Champion Justin Allgaier, car owner Mike Allgaier and the top-20 point finishers. The event is open to the public and tickets are available by contacting Shalene Williams at the ARCA Home Office (734) 847-6726.
