Valkyrie or project one - Do we need smaller engines? FFT with MrJWW

During our test drives of the Ferrari GTC4Lusso T with the 3.9l turbocharged V8, I'm joined by MrJWW and BenzeneBen in a Fuel For Thought to discuss the way engines are generally getting smaller. What are your thoughts?

The big question, do we know where this is going with the future of these cars? For example the Aston Martin Valkyrie with a V12 and the Mercedes-AMG Project One with the 1.6l V6 from Formula 1.
