Schumacher reaches agreement with Bell Helmets - Michael Schumacher will be wearing his Schuberth helmet as of today. Bell and Schumacher reached an amicable agreement to release Michael from his contract after wearing Bell Helmets for 9 years.

De la Rosa confirmed for 2002 at Jaguar - Jaguar team boss, Bobby Rahal confirmed that Pedro de la Rosa will be driving for Jaguar next year. He remains tight-lipped on who De la Rosa will replace.

Malaysian GP marshals to be extra vigilant - Marshals for the Malaysian GP were warned to keep their eyes on the cars and not become spectators. No extra safety precautions were put in place. Spokesperson for the track said that the marshals are further away from the track and better protected, but they must watch the cars and each other.

Schumacher looking to make it 6 in a row - Michael is looking to make it his 6th victory in a row at the Sepang circuit on Saturday. If he succeeds he will be the 2nd driver winning 6 races in a row. Almost fifty years ago Alberto Ascari was the first one to set the 6 in a row record.

FIA will act if speeds continue to climb - FIA President Max Mosely warned that they will act within three races, if lap speed records continue to fall. If this trend continues at the Malaysian and Brazilian GP, they will act immediately on restricting speed limits. We are yet to see what measures will be put in place to slow down the cars.
