Focus on software development and tyre work

The OrangeArrows team continued testing in Valencia today with Enrique Bernoldi and Johnny Herbert. The team carried out further tyre tests and software development work on the A22s.

Johnny completed several long runs on grooved tyres in the morning to gather valuable data and by close of play had completed 76 laps. Enrique's day focused on shorter runs in order to work on his car's suspension and set-up as well as testing traction control developments. A minor technical problem ended his session prematurely but he was pleased with the day's work.

Enrique Bernoldi:
"The morning went very well for us as I did quite a lot of laps so got a good amount of running in. This afternoon was not so good though as we had a few problems which took a bit of time to sort, so I couldn't make as much progress as I'd have liked. However, tomorrow is another day and hopefully we can continue to make progress."

Enrique continues tomorrow in Valencia when Jos Verstappen will join him.
