Biffle on Richmond: "Richmond is definitely a driver's track. I think that's one of the biggest reasons I have always liked it. It allows for really good racing and the night race this weekend will be exciting for the fans no matter what. We struggled there a little the last couple of years but I know the guys have been working hard to make sure we don't have the same problems again. We obviously didn't have the finish last weekend in Atlanta that we were planning for but the good thing is that it wasn't a handling or mechanical issue that put us back there. We basically just have to start the race in Richmond to lock in our Chase spot but I won't breathe easy until we finish that race.
Erwin on Richmond: "We've struggled a little at Richmond the last two years as a company and we have not had the finishes we were aiming for as a result. Richmond is a challenging track for the drivers which is why I think Biffle likes it so much but if we can't get the handling right, even a guy like Greg will have trouble getting around there. Richmond is a track where the pit crew can shine and help us gain positions in the pits.
Biffle and the 3M team remain 11th in the point standings and are currently 475 points behind Harvick who retained the lead. He has a 161-point advantage over Ryan Newman in the 13thposition.
