HUNGARIAN GRAND PRIX PRACTICE SESSION - 14th AUGUST 1998

The Danka Zepter Arrows Team finished today's practice sessions for the Hungarian Grand Prix with its drivers Mika Salo in 13th and Pedro Diniz in 18th position.

Mika Salo: "We managed to lose the understeer and get it into oversteer in the middle of the session. We also ran with only one set of tyres and a heavy fuel load, otherwise there were no other problems. I'm hoping for more rain for tomorrow's qualifying, it's a mega circuit in the wet."

Pedro Diniz: "It was a difficult session, we had a problem with the balance of the car and we were unable to fix it. I therefore lost a lot of time in the pits, but I am confident that, once the problem on my car is fixed, I will be able to produce a good grid position for tomorrow's qualifying."

Tom Walkinshaw: "We are encourage by today's performance of both cars in often difficult track conditions, especially during the first practice session. Hopefully, we have accumulated all the data we need to find the right set up for both cars for tomorrow's qualifying."

Chassis Numbers: Pedro Diniz 01, Mika Salo 05, Spare 02
