Highlighting the accomplishments of Goodyear engineers and Goodyear-equipped racers

June 21, 1997 -- Mark Martin wins the International Race of Champions race at California Speedway, racing on Goodyear tires.

June 21, 1998 -- Dyson Racing sweeps the first two spots in the World Sports Car Championship race at Road Atlanta. Butch Leitzinger and James Weaver finish first in their Riley&Scott.

June 21-22, 1964 -- Dan Gurney and Bob Bondurant co-drive a Goodyear-equipped Shelby Cobra to a class victory and fifth place overall in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

June 24, 1973 -- Goodyear scores it's first victory at the Osterreichring when Henri Pescarolo and Gerard Larrousse co-drive their Matra-Simca 670 to win the 1,000 kilometer World Manufacturers Championship race there.

June 24, 1995 -- Storming through intermittent rain on their reliable Goodyear rain tires, Butch Leitzinger and James Weaver win the three-hour World Sportscar Championship event at Watkins Glen. They drove a Dyson Racing Riley&Scott Ford Mk III to a 7.055-second victory.
