Munich, 18th March 2010. Randstad is joining forces with BMW Motorsport on the endurance circuit. The leading provider of HR services in Germany will be involved in the 24-hour races at the Nurburgring (DE), Le Mans (FR) and Spa-Francorchamps (BE) as "Official Partner of BMW Motorsport". The Randstad logo will be visible on the roof of the BMW M3 GT2, the drivers' overalls and helmets, and the team truck at the three endurance classics.

"We are delighted to have Randstad on board as partner for our outings at the 24- hour classics," says BMW Motorsport Director Mario Theissen. "Just as we do, the company lives on the competence and innovation of its employees. Motorsport is a team sport, in which the performance of every individual contributes to the success of the project - whether driver, engineer or mechanic."

Christine Uphoff, Head of Marketing at Randstad and in charge of all sponsoring activities, says: "We are very proud of the partnership with BMW Motorsport. Both companies are very well matched. Our cooperation comprises diverse marketing activities, the presence of our logo on the BMW M3 GT2, and involvement at events. This will allow us to focus strongly on the Bavarian market."

Randstad has some 400 branches in over 300 cities, employing around 46,000 employees at any given time, and achieved a turnover of 1.32 billion Euros in 2009. The HR service provider offers companies from various sectors comprehensive personnel service concepts. Alongside the traditional temporary staffing, Randstad's portfolio also includes the business areas of Professional Services, Recruitment, HR Solutions and In-house Services.

Specialisation and further development of the service offering are the cornerstones of Randstad's market strategy. 'Specialisation' stands for concentrated know-how in selected, developing sectors, in order to be able to offer the qualifications desired by customer companies at any time. The renowned "Great Place to Work" Institute named Randstad as "Germany's Best Employer 2008". The company has been active in Germany for 40 years, and belongs to the Dutch company Randstad Holding nv. With a total turnover of 12.4 billion Euros (2009) and about 450,000 employees every day in over 50 countries, the company is one of the largest HR service providers in the world.
