London running order confirmed

The eight drivers, running order and the route for the Formula One display in London next week was confirmed today. Team boss Eddie Jordan and pit babes Michelle Clack and Leah Newman picked the 'starting grid' on Regent Street this morning.

Cristiano da Matta will line up first for Toyota, with 1992 F1 champion Nigel Mansell alongside in second for Jordan. Ferrari test driver Luca Badoer is third and BAR star Jenson Button fourth.

Minardi's Zsolt Baumgartner was drawn fifth and will have Juan Pablo Montoya next to him in the Williams, sixth. David Coulthard's McLaren will start seventh and former F1 driver and commentator Martin Brundle completes the order in the Jaguar, eighth.

The cars will follow a route from Waterloo Place, up Regent Street, turn right into Great Marlborough Street, left into Little Argyll Street, left again back onto Regent Street and then return to Waterloo Place.
