Today we finished the programme as planned and so far the test has been very
positive. We made some progress on the tryes and Michelin are working very
hard. We are trying some developments and I have already seen some
improvements in this area.
Tim Newton (Test Team Manager)
Our main tasks for today were to evaluate the Silverstone tyres for Michelin
and also do some endurance running on the engine. In the afternoon we
evaluated traction control and gearbox strategy.
